Do you have a shop I can visit?
No — we’re 100% mobile. We come to you in Greenville: downtown near Falls Park, Main Street offices, Haywood Mall/Greenridge, and neighborhoods like Five Forks, Mauldin, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, and Powdersville.
Are you really open 24/7?
Our standard hours are 8am–5pm. We do take off-hours/overnight bookings by availability. For after-hours requests, text and we’ll confirm if a tech can take it.
What areas do you cover?
Greenville, Five Forks, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Powdersville, Fountain Inn, Easley, Piedmont. Anderson/Spartanburg by appointment.
What kinds of vehicles do you detail?
Cars, SUVs, trucks, RVs, motorcycles, boats (at lake homes/docks), and light commercial fleets. If it rolls, we likely detail it.
Do you work on rental cars?
Yes. Pre-return cleanups for spills, road trips, and family travel. Fast, discreet, deadline-aware.
What messes are specific to Greenville?
Pine pollen and tree sap; UV/heat haze and thunderstorm grime; red clay dust; construction film (Wade Hampton/Woodruff); bug splatter from mountain/lake trips. We’re built for Upstate conditions.
Can I book same-day service?
Often, yes. If we’re open, we can usually arrive within a few hours.
Do you pick up and drop off vehicles?
Yes. If you’re at work, shopping at Haywood Mall/Greenridge, or at a game downtown, we can arrange pickup/drop-off with permission.
How long does a full detail take?
About 1.5–5 hours depending on size/condition. RVs/boats/oversized vehicles take longer.
What if I’m at a hotel or apartment?
No problem. We follow property rules. If on-site work isn’t allowed, we can pick up and return your car detailed.
Do you offer interior-only or exterior-only packages?
Yes. Book either, or combine both for a full detail.
Do I need to be there during the detail?
No. Provide access/keys; we’ll send updates and notify you when done.
What kind of results can I expect?
Before/after photos, clear communication, and quality work. If something’s off, tell us — we’ll address it.
Do you offer redos or refunds?
We don’t advertise refunds, but we’re reasonable. Tell us the issue; we’ll work to make it right.
Can you remove smells or clean up vomit?
Yes. We sanitize and deodorize (enzyme/ozone when needed). No judgment — just clean.
What about sunscreen and red stains?
We treat sunscreen/lotion smears and red drink/food stains with targeted chemistry. Most come out fully or close.
Do you clean boats?
Yes. Interiors/exteriors at lake homes or docks (Hartwell, Keowee). Exterior needs dock access and compliant runoff.
Do you clean RVs at campgrounds?
Yes, subject to park rules (e.g., Paris Mountain/Table Rock areas). Slide-outs, floors, glass, and exteriors.
Can you clean my vehicle while I golf or shop?
Yes. Greenville Country Club, Thornblade, Shops at Greenridge, Haywood Mall — enjoy your time; we’ll handle the car.
Do you service GSP Airport?
Not on airport property. We meet nearby before/after flights for quick cleanups. We can even pick up your ride from the airport, and bring it to your home fully detailed!
Can you fix cloudy headlights?
Yes. We sand/polish and UV-seal for clearer night visibility and better curb appeal.
Do you offer ceramic coating?
Yes. Great against UV, pollen, rain, and grime. Best after paint correction.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App.
Are your cleaners safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Pro-grade, low-tox products; safe once dry. No heavy residues.
Do you clean baby car seats or strollers?
We do not.
What if it rains?
Light rain is often fine. Thunderstorms = reschedule ASAP (usually within 24 hours).
Can I get a gift card?
Yes. Ask for digital or physical options.
Do you offer regular maintenance plans?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly for locals and fleets.
Can you detail before I sell my car?
Absolutely. A clean vehicle photographs better and sells faster.
Do you work with realtors or property managers?
Yes. Agents, property managers, and corporate fleets. We keep vehicles client-ready.
Can you come to gated communities?
Yes — Thornblade, Hartness, Hollingsworth Park, Chanticleer, and others. Provide gate access; some HOAs require off-site work.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Typically yes during our 8am–5pm window. After-hours or holiday jobs are by availability — text and we’ll try to fit you in.
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes. Specialty tools pull embedded fur from carpets/seats.
Do you detail golf carts?
Yes, golf cart detailing is available since it has 4 wheels!
Do you offer fleet pricing?
Yes. We’ll outline a simple plan with set rates per vehicle.
Will you work at a job site or business?
Yes. Job sites, offices, and warehouses — as long as access and safety are clear.
Can I text you instead of calling?
Yes. Text with your name, location, and what you need.
Do you use waterless products?
Sometimes — when runoff or property rules require it. Effective and paint-safe.
