INFORMATION
Stain removal is not the same as carpet shampooing. Shampooing lifts surface-level grime and freshens fabric. Stain removal targets specific compounds - urine proteins, coffee tannins, grease, food dye, etc., with treatment products matched to the stain type. We inspect the stain, identify the likely composition, apply the appropriate agent, agitate, and extract. Stubborn or old stains may require multiple passes. We photograph before and after every job.
We require photos because stains vary dramatically in difficulty. A small coffee spill on a light seat is a different job than pet urine soaked through carpet padding to the subfloor, or a large grease stain across a rear cargo area. Photos let us give you an accurate price and set realistic expectations before the appointment. We won't show up and inflate the price on-site.
If staining is paired with odor, which is common for pet accidents - combining stain removal with odor removal ($150) gives the most complete result. For pre-sale vehicles with visible staining, this combination makes a significant difference to buyers.

What types of stains can you remove?
We handle pet stains (urine, vomit, feces), food and beverage (coffee, grease, juice, fast food), mud and dirt, ink, and general grime buildup. Old set stains are harder but we'll let you know after reviewing photos whether full removal is realistic or whether improvement is the expected outcome.
What if the stain can't be fully removed?
We'll be upfront about expectations after reviewing your photos. Some stains, especially old pet urine that's been through heat cycles may not fully lift, though significant improvement is usually achievable. We won't promise results we can't deliver.
Should I get stain removal or a full interior detail?
If the staining is isolated to one or two spots, standalone stain removal makes sense. If the whole interior needs cleaning, the Premium Interior Detail at $275 is better value - it includes spot stain treatment plus a complete interior clean in one appointment.
Can stain removal and odor removal be done together?
Yes, and we recommend combining them for pet accidents. Pet urine creates both a stain and an odor that comes from the same source - treating one without the other is incomplete. We can bundle stain removal and odor removal in one visit.
