INFORMATION
Stain removal is not the same as carpet shampooing. Shampooing lifts surface-level grime and freshens fabric. Stain removal targets specific compounds - urine proteins, coffee tannins, grease, food dye, etc., with treatment products matched to the stain type. We inspect the stain, identify the likely composition, apply the appropriate agent, agitate, and extract. Stubborn or old stains may require multiple passes. We photograph before and after every job.
We require photos because stains vary dramatically in difficulty. A small coffee spill on a light seat is a different job than pet urine soaked through carpet padding to the subfloor, or a large grease stain across a rear cargo area. Photos let us give you an accurate price and set realistic expectations before the appointment. We won't show up and inflate the price on-site.
If staining is paired with odor, which is common for pet accidents - combining stain removal with odor removal ($200) gives the most complete result. For pre-sale vehicles with visible staining, this combination makes a significant difference to buyers.

What types of stains can you treat?
Coffee, food, grease, ink, pet accidents, vomit, red clay, and general grime are all common. We treat both cloth and leather surfaces. Blood, dye, and chemical stains can be more difficult - photos help us assess those before we commit to an outcome.
Can you remove stains from leather without damaging the leather?
Yes. Leather stain treatment is done differently than cloth - we use leather-safe products and conditioning afterward to prevent drying or cracking. Results depend on stain type and how long it's been sitting.
What if the stain can't be fully removed?
We'll tell you before we start if full removal looks unlikely. If we attempt treatment and hit a limit, we charge for the work performed, not a result that wasn't achievable. We don't surprise you after the fact.
Is stain removal included in the Premium Interior Detail?
Yes, stain treatment is included in the Premium Interior Detail at $300. If you have both heavy staining and want a full interior clean, that's usually the better value. If you only need one or two specific stains treated on an otherwise clean interior, the standalone service at $200 minimum makes more sense.
