No. When you request a time on the calendar, it’s a request only. Our detailer will review your service, location, and schedule, then reach out to you for confirmation.

No. Payment is due after the detail is completed. You’ll only be charged once the job is done.

Not for standard services. For large jobs like paint correction or ceramic coating, we may require a deposit after confirming details. We also may require a deposit if the job is for multiple vehicles, or outside of our service area.

For regular interior or exterior details, 1–2 days’ notice is usually fine. During busy times in Greenville, we recommend booking a week ahead, or early as possible.

Yes, if availability allows. Same-day service carries a $50 emergency surcharge. Call or text for fastest scheduling.

Yes. Just choose Overnight Detailing as an add-on when you book. A $150 overnight fee applies, and we’ll return your vehicle early the next morning.

Not always. As long as we have access to the vehicle and can contact you by phone, we can complete the detail without you being there.

We’ll need your name, contact info, service address, vehicle type, and the service you want. You can also upload photos if there are stains, pet hair, or special concerns.

Yes. We regularly detail vehicles at condos, vacation rentals, and private neighborhoods throughout Greenville, Five Forks, Simpsonville, and surrounding areas. Just make sure we’re added to the gate or guest list if needed.
